Seven Facts Award

I received this award from Freda at Freda's Voice.  Thanks, Freda.  =)

Rules:
1. Post 7 Random facts about yourself.
2. Award other bloggers.

So here we go:

1. I don't have a driver's license.
2. I will be 35 on April 19 (and I had to actually count, because I thought it was 34).
3. I adore care packages.
4. My favorite colors are black, blue, purple, and grey.
5. I love wind.
6. Our 10 year wedding anniversary is in July -- our divorce will probably be final before then.  I'm still so very sad about this.
7.If my shirt goes on inside out, it often stays that way.

I'm giving this award to:

Taryn over at Super Librarian
Sarah over at Puss Reboots
Katy over at A Few More Pages
Chelle over at The Prairie Library

This blog's first award!

What a lovely surprise to receive the Stylish Blogger award from Bev over at My Reader's Block!  I've been enjoying Bev's blog and participating in her Vintage Mystery Reading Challenge and I feel very flattered that she's given me my first ever blogger award.

Bev says my next steps are:

1. Accept the award, post it on your blog together with the name of the person who has granted the award and his or her blog link.
2. Pass the award to 15 3 other blogs that you've newly discovered.
3. Remember to contact the bloggers to let them know they have been chosen for this award.

So, in no particular order:

*Alana over at Sunshine and Bones -- I love the eclectic nature of her blog -- probably because I'm not much of a compartmentalizer, as a quick glance at my own blog will prove.  :)  And she's all kinds of stylish.

* Becky over at Page Turners --She reads and reviews a wide variety of books, with an unusual focus on Australian authors -- very cool.  And I like that she has an eight-star rating system (as opposed to the more typical 5) -- simply because that's what feels best to her.  :)

*LKT over at The Infusion -- Another diverse blog that appeals to me -- I like the mix of serious and funny, big events and day to day minutiae.  If you haven't checked out her Letters to Lillian feature, you certainly should.
