Have you done anything lately worth remembering?
Fiona, her dad, and I all went to the Highlands Ranch Tattered Cover to hear
Lois Lowry speak. Lowry is the author of nearly 40 books, including
The Giver, Number the Stars, and the
Anastasia series. Her latest is
Bless This Mouse and she read from it at this event. The three of us had a really nice time -- Lowry made us laugh a lot -- and it was good to have this time together, the three of us, even as our family unit changes so much in the midst of our divorce.
