Read-A-Thon Wrap-Up

Well, I thought I was going to stay up the whole time, but around 4 a.m. my daughter woke up and asked me to come back downstairs.   I managed to read a bit more before turning out the light.

Grand tallies:

Mary Modern by Camille DeAngelis (350 pages)
Clandestine in Chile: The Adventures of Miguel Littin by Gabriel Garcia Marquez (116 pages)
(187 pages of) The Shadows by Jacqueline West
(320 pages of) The God of the Hive by Laurie R. King

Completely finished two books and read most of two others.  Not quite as much as I was expecting.  973 pages.  Would've liked to finish The God of the Hive, but I'm sure that will happen at some point today.

I liked The God of the Hive best and The Shadows least.

Looking forward to doing this again in the spring and hoping I can seek sponsors again for that one!  Now I'm off to finish The Shadows with my daughter and then have a bath.

  1. I thought about getting a Laurie R. King book for the RAT, but never had a chance to. Maybe next time. I've read the first two of the series and loved them!
